Anti-suicide bomber PSA airs in Iraq

In an attempt to discourage suicide attacks in Iraq, a one minute public service announcement has begun airing.  Los Angeles-based TV commercial production company 900 Frames, and Lebanon movie studio EFX Films created the 60 second spot.  Newsweek has more.  This is the PSA:

Wait, I’m confused.  Was that a teaser for a new Matrix movie?  I applaud what lenghts the makers of this amazing public service announcement went through to ensure realism, because I’m sure whenever a bomb rips people to shreds in Baghdad, the victims experience bullet time.
